The chef had two Michelinstars in his previous restaurant but decided a year ago to close his place to open a brand new restaurant in the centre of Amsterdam... While most brands come with more and more own movements and automatically higher prices Cartier will not forget the watchlovers with a bit smaller piggybank. Love the design and brand and a Bell & Ross is definetely high on my wishlist! only which model, there are many options but I love the BR 03-92 steel, the BR 03-51 GMT and the BR 03-90 Grande Date and reserve de marche.
