. . . and they're pretty darned impressive. Congratulations to Laurent Ferrier!

Press Release:

"The Galet Classic is now the most precise chronometer ever certified by the Besançon Observatory since 2006. The model No 35 recently confirmed the exceptional performance of its adjustment. Faced with a gamut of chronometrical tests, the tourbillon double spiral movement FBN 916.01 reaffirmed the reputation it acquired just two years ago: its unheard of regularity translates into an average daily variation of 1,29 second – the official benchmark being a variance between -4 and +6 seconds. This result is a crowning achievement for our watchmakers!"

ciao Jack,
thanks for sharing....This is really an incredible result for a mechanical watch.
Hard to beat !
However not surprising it comes from an independent, an artisan in watchmaking.

So..hats off !!

Ciao from Milano,
