Need some direction...wear this watch
Fell in love with the watch (BR01-92 Compass) when it was announced in Basel 2 years ago.
The concept is not new but I just love the way B&R does it. Very military, very nicely done and looks like the compass in the cockpit (except that it can't tell the direction  ).
The traditional hour and minute hands were replaced by the discs in opposite direction. Each disc weighs about 40x the weight of the normal watch hands. Watch case is 46mm x 46mm, but does not look that big on my small wrist. The thickness is about 10mm or 11mm, which is rather thin compared to its width. I normally prefers a thicker casing but in this watch the thin casing works perfectly well to give that "flat cockpit" look. Cheers! chua Panerai Forum Moderator Edited 1 time(s).
