vintage cushion cartier

Hi everyone,
I am not sure if anyone will know but I was thinking about purchasing a Cartier gondole (cushion watch) from the 70's to add to my collection. I had one in the past but it got stolen and I don't remember what the caseback had on it.

This particular one has the serial number at the bottom which is usual and a hallmark above that. But, typically they also say PARIS and then have the Cartier signature in script at the top. This one doesn't. I've been told the caseback has never been polished (seems odd to erase PARIS and Cartier but keep the hallmark and the serial number). Just wondered if anyone knew if any of these watches came from the factory with the serial number and a hallmark and no PARIS or Cartier signature on the caseback. Below are pictures.

Thanks
Jason
