Sincere Fine Watches, Asia’s premier watch specialist has unveiled its latest boutique featuring an all-new retail concept. 
Spanning a massive 12,000 sq ft of exquisite retail space, and located in the heart of city’s prime shopping belt, Sincere’s new flagship spots an elegant yet avant-garde Victorian design that enhances the luxury buying experience by fully engaging one’s sense of sight, sound and touch. 
Renovated with a speculated huge budget of 8 figures*, the boutique’s main entrance is lined with a state-of-the-art audio visual theatre that simulates the traditional windows of conventional stores. Here, technology and the world of haute horlogerie combine to create a unique brand and experiential showcase. 
Wood paneling and soft leathers are juxtaposed with marble and wrought iron finishes in creating the perfect contemporary retail environment where objets d’art serve to complement and accentuate the world’s most celebrated watchmakers of the 21st century. 
Yet this major investment into another new concept outlet is not in the sunny city of Singapore, where free-spending Indonesian, Chinese and Vietnamese formed a big portion of their clientele nor in the bustling Hong Kong, where Mainland Chinese with briefcases of cash are eager to buy up every luxury timepiece you are willing to sell - Rather it is a major statement that after several changes of ownerships and the near-completion of another deal for Sincere to be under one owner, the sometimes confused haute horlogerie retailer is once again ready to defend its fortress, and more - much more! 
This new multi-brand watch boutique at the heart of Kuala Lumpur (Starhill Mall at Jalan Bukit Bintang) is more than just the massive area, the uber-luxurious renovations but the whole design concept feels like a home warm enough for watch fans to linger, chat and of course to part with their money happily. It is, in my personal opinion, the most welcoming and comforting watch boutique I have been. 
Other than carrying brands like IWC, Breitling, Bell & Ross, Girard Perregeux, Piaget, Tudor, Corum, Graham, Bvlgari, Zenith, Tag Heuer and Blancpain, the boutique also features Malaysia’s largest Rolex shop-in-shop concept with a street front presence. More, with brands like A Lange & Sohne and Roger Dubuis exclusive to Sincere (regional) and in-house brands such as Franck Muller, Backes & Strauss, Cvstos and Christophe Claret, this should be the ultimate toy store for haute horlogerie fans. 
More than just a luxury watch purveyor, Sincere Fine Watches are known for their solid friendship with serious high-end collectors and their expertise in brand-building. For anyone who has a good memory, few can deny the decisive contributions of Sincere on the early regional success of brands like A Lange & Sohne, Panerai, Franck Muller and F.P. Journe amongs others.

With the amount of logistics and the number of VVIPs invited, the Grande Opening date on 27th April 2012 was probably decided months ago. However with an unfortunate set-up of multiple police road blocks on the same evening due to an unfortunate coincidence, there must have been a moment of worry for the host that some invited guests might not bother to turn up for the official opening.
In the end, the invited guests and everyone of importance demonstrated their commitment to support and attended the Grande Opening and the turnout was massive and the event could only be described as a huge success.

Demonstrating the clout of Sincere Malaysia and the huge popularity of its Executive Director Tay Liam Khoon, the event not only drawn the Whose Who of Malaysian fine watch collectors but more impressive is the attendance of VVIPs like former Minister Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz, The late Prime Minister Tun Abdul Razak's Second son Dato' Johari Razak, Dato' Seri Razman Hashim and of course the ultimate Guest of Honour - His Royal Highness Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.
