CNY Celebration: Vacheron Constantin..............

A couple of weeks ago Vacheron Constantin hosted a gathering for customers and friends to celebrate the Chinese New Year . It was a good time to caught up with each other and talk about the latest Vacheron pieces. A “Lo Hei” ceremony was also held to usher in good fortune for the year of the Dragon. David Heng (MD, Vacheron Constantin, SEA) started the evening’s celebration with a welcome speech.









Auspicious fruits for the Chinese New Year. The Chinese character on the cake means Prosperity!



The Yu Sheng (Lo Hei )dish is ready for the prosperity toss.



These Chinese tangerines "吉", which means "auspicious"



Everyone is happy and ready for the Lo Hei ceremony

The oil symbolizes "lots of profits" in business... in this case, selling more watches



These crispies symbolize gold nuggets …. I think



For good health, prosperity, abundance and more business…. and not forgetting the stock market LOL

I think the loudest cheer "Huat ah" came from this table. BTW "Huat Ah" means to prosper in Hokkien.
