It is said on a few other sites and since the 318 also was discussed here I think it is important to mention that the owners of the PAM318
can get their movement replaced.
If you can't live with the 'error' movement Panerai will switch it for free (I think with the OP II)

Imo a very good solution and I think it is great that Panerai reacted so fast and so fair !

This is a great news !! Hats off to Panerai, which with this move raises the bar two steps above the customer care level other brands keep.

Its great that Panerai acted fast and offered a solution to this issue. I think this is the best way forward. In fact, some collectors have already received calls from NY Boutique about the swap. It goes to show how fast Panerai reacts to this issue.
Hopefully all the PAM318 owners will be happy, whether they keep the old movement or change to the new movement (which should be OPII according to the catalog).
