...what is the watch that will be going on holidays with you?

Personally, not having an Aquanaut, I have pulled my RM005 out of the safe.

the watch for holidays....
July 26, 2011 06:18AM
...is always a though question....
i generally have a lot of troubles in deciding, because i'm always afraid of scratching it, of being robbed, to loose it etc....

Lately i found that the Vulcain Nautical is a good compromise for travelling, alarm is a very useful function when your travel implies lots of appointments and visits to places; it is waterproof and also it is understated and poorly known outside the watch lovers ring....Most likely is the one i'll use this summer.

Ciao from Milano (and nice holiday to ev'rybody)

I had not looked at Vulcain in ages, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw that watch! Very nice choice for the holidays.

Back when I was collecting mostly vintage watches, I had a couple of Vulcain Crickets in my collection, and they were lots of fun. I am sure the modern ones are just as much fun!

For the everyday use Aquanaut is my choice, if going to the sea, a Submariner does it ok.

This one!

In my opinion, that watch on a rubber strap is probably one of the ultimate summer wacthes, which can easily go with a swimming suite and a summer suit!

Good choice!

When I saw the new Patek Aquanaut Travel Time in Basel I think I'm slightly in love with that watch. And since than I've frequently been searching for photos and information about the Aquanaut. Love it... especially on the bracelet!

Cheers,
Frank

Now we're talking! Superb photos Patrick. And what a beautiful watch. The longer I'm a watch aficionado, the more I like... love... Patek. And from all models I think the Aquanaut Travel Time and the Nautilus Chrono are my favorites smiling bouncing smiley

Cheers,
Frank
