Jaeger-LeCoultre and Aston Martin Owner’s Club celebrates a night of Fine Mechanics and Grande Tradition

An exclusive evening gathered Aston Martin Owners Club members & Jaeger-LeCoultre in exploring the interaction between watchmaking expertise and high-tech engineering at Singapore leading destination in business, entertainment & leisure – Marina Bay Sands.

Alexis de Laporte, Managing Director South East Asia & Australia of Jaeger-LeCoultre, and Mike Amour, President of the Singapore Club, welcomed the owners while they would arrive at the convention lane, privatized for welcoming their sleek and stylish Aston Martin cars for this special evening.

The guests enjoyed a demonstration of the Jaeger-LeCoultre AMVOX2 Transponder timepiece, the first mechanical watch developed with the ability to control access into a luxury sports car by means of a built-in micro transmitter system. Featuring an open-worked dial bearing the Rapide, DBS or DB9 emblem, these revolutionary timepieces serve to lock and unlock the Aston Martin cars.

Guests continue to share the same passion of fine mechanics over cocktails in the Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Boutique while previewing some of the latest collections, followed by dinner in Chef’s restaurant CUT by Wolfgang Puck.

However, there are some Aston Martin owners that evening wearing Jaeger-LeCoultre timepieces though.
