GP adds 2 models to the ww.tc line in collaboration with luxury magazine Caesar

The world wide time control (ww.tc) line is made for people traveling frequently or for those in need to know the time around the globe.
Girard-Perregaux has teamed up with Romania based luxury magazine Caesar to launch a very limited series of two ww.tc models, one for ladies and one for gents. You'll have to be fast to secure one: both models are ultra limited, one will be made 4 times, the other 8.

WW.TC LADY SHOPPING ‘MONDO EXPLORIS’

The mechanism allows for a subtlety in the world time display: Paris, New York and Tokyo have disappeared from the city ring, yielding pride of place to avenues and squares world-renowned as main shopping places. The ww.tc Lady Shopping ‘Mondo Exploris’ features the “shopping spot” CAESAR for the time zone of Romania.

On the dial, the hours are also punctuated by eight diamonds alternating with soft arabesques. To round off the work to perfection, a bezel set with fifty-four diamonds (c. 1.95 carats) gleams against the steel case.

WW.TC CHRONOGRAPH ‘MONDO EXPLORIS’


The iconic ww.tc collection is released as a new steel version. Its ergonomic and generously-sized 43mm case is entirely satin-finished, which emphasizes the subtle strength of its design. Its matt black "stepped" dial has also been subtly reworked in the same style, playing with the contrasts of red and black; the 24-hour ring has been redesigned with two arrows showing its direction of rotation while baton-style hands indicate the hours and minutes.
