Hi Roby,

What an incredibly awesome strap you have on this ROO T3! It gives the watch a whole different look then the black straps you see mostly on them. Definately a winner in my book!

One of my personal favorite AP's is the Edward Piguet Moss Agate Tourbillon. I love the classical, rich look of the rectangular case, which has body but is at the same time beautifully slender. Combine this with the half translucent moss agate that forms the mainplate of the movement and you get a unique combination that interacts even stronger with your senses when you see the uniquely carved bridges and hour indexes. Of course the manual wind tourbillon movement is the cherry on top of this unique watch.

Martin that is an incredible watch and too seldom seen

. . . I wish for Audemars Piguet to do more of this sort of thing with the Edward Piguet line, I would rather have that watch than a hundred Royal Oaks (or something like that winking smiley ).

Best,

Jack

Hi Roby,

Unlike you I don't have this AP around my wrist or in my modest collection. It is however one of the AP's I admire the most; A classic tourbillon with a unique twist.

Martin
avatar You've got a point there!

Hi Jack,

AP has the ability to make breathtaking and mystifying watches, but in my opinion they don't show it enough. Sure, a RO and ROO are great but when I look at AP's past I see so many stunning models that I wish they also get into the limelight and become a continuing legacy. Take for example the John Sheaffer line that had some breathtaking models in it, the Jules Audemars collection still sports great complications and I also like the refreshing look of the tradition collection, which is kind of funny give it's name.

avatar 2 questions for Roby

First: how do you play, when not owning an AP ?

Second: how was your flight and where did you take a break ?

Are you kidding me Leandro??? That is the best looking RO I've ever seen! I've always been a fan of the Perpetual Calendar movement in a RO but I wasn't aware that they also had made it in the most perfect dial color; this salmon dial is absolutely stunning!!!

All I can say is; WAUW!!!

Martin I 100% agree with you, what a stunner this watch is.
Salmon dial and no date window, g o r g e o u s watch.
I only knew the time only with the salmon dial; it looks so great with a suit Leandro.
GEO
That's the beauty of it.

I'm wearing jeans...These kind of pieces I like to fit them not only with formal cloth, but also with casual outfits. The special ocassion is every time you wear the watch, and not the other way around.

Sorry I thought you were wearing a dress shirt.
Would love to see a few more shots, (if you have), where a bit more of the watch is viable.
